Poha recipe | haw to maka poha

 Poha recipe is a very good breakfast of South India, it is prepared very quickly. Everyone in Maharashtra likes to eat it with great fervor, the amount of ghee oil is very less, and it is made using potatoes, so it is also known as Kanda Poha in Maharashtra. It takes only ten minutes to make it. Curry leaves, green chillies and lemon are used in this, due to which its test is very good.

If we put it in children's tiffin, then children will also like to eat it. You can make it at any time because it is prepared very quickly. It tastes even better if some peanuts are fried and added to the poha. Pohe is also known as Chidwa in many places. It is easily available at any grocery store, so today I will share with you the recipe of poha from the same tasty, which once you make it, you will want to make it again and again, I will tell you every small step by which you can



Ingredients required for Poha


1. 2 cups poha


Mustard oil


3. 1 tsp mustard seeds


4. 2-3 green chilies


5. 2 inch piece ginger


6. 1 finely chopped onion


7. 1 finely chopped tomato


8. 1 potato


9. 1 tsp salt


10. 1 tsp finely ground sugar


11. 1/2 Turmeric Powder


12. 4-5 leaves of coriander


13. 1 lemon


14. 100-200 grams groundnut (penut)


15. Bhujia



How to make poha recipe


To make poha, first put 2 cups of poha in a strainer and wash it thoroughly twice with water for 1 minute.




Low leave this strainer for 10-15 minutes so that the water separates from the poha and the poha swells well.








Now put the pan on the gas, now put 1-2 teaspoons of mustard oil in it and also put 1tsp mustard / mustard in it.



Now add 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 2 inch finely ground ginger


Put 1 finely chopped onion, keep the gas on medium flame, when the onion becomes light golden, then add boiled 1 finely chopped potato and add 1 finely chopped tomato.


Now add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and mix well.



You can add 5-6 leaves of coriander as per your wish, now put the poha we had washed and put in this pan, along with it you can also add juice of 1 lemon or lemon juice as per your taste.



Now cook it well on medium flame, now put 1 raw chopped onion in it, cover it for 1 minute and cook it on medium flame



Now take it out in a separate utensil and add roasted peanuts on top and you can also add Bhujia.


So this Khila Khila Poha is ready, so you can eat it with breakfast.
